This  mission of establishing Church Prayer Cells is a continuation of a tremendous and courageous work my dear friend Elizabeth Cornelio, from Goiania, Brazil, has done through her National Intercession Network. The Prayer Cell Movement had its beginning in the early '90s, in the city of Goiania where Elizabeth resides. Her ministry has established hundreds of Church Prayer Cells throughout Brazil. Now we have the vision of taking it to the nations. In 1996, Carlos A. Oliveira, PrayerNet International President, served as Strategic Prayer Teacher and Prayer Director for the National Intercession Network under the leadership of Elizabeth, in Goiania, Brazil.   Elizabeth Cornelio - Visionary and always passionate for the work of the Lord. Elizabeth Cornelio lives in Goiania, Brazil, and was a leader of the Network of Intercession for her state, with partners everywhere in Brazil. Through a radio broadcast on prayer listened to by thousands of women, she was part of a remarkable movement of prayer that helped to bring changes to a whole city. STRATEGIC PRAYER BIBLE SCHOOL & SHORT TERM MISSION TRIPS TO BRAZIL We have already started this project in Brazil. Our Brazilian Superintendent, Luiza Mauro, and her ministry team are now traveling all over Brazil with the mission of establishing Prayer Cells in cities and churches, and training Christians who are going to oversee these local Prayer Cells. Our Strategic Prayer Bible School is now in activity in Goiania. We are equipping ordinary Christians to become Leaders and Prayer Warriors in order to fulfill a command of Jesus to "Go in to all the world and make disciples of all nations" Matt 28. We have a Short Term Mission Trip to Brazil coming up soon, and we would like to invite Church Pastors and Leaders to travel with us whenever is possible. Prayer Cruise in the Delta River SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2004 A Day of Prayer & Intercession We had a wonderful time in the presence of Jesus Christ at the Delta River. We represented Santa Clara, Alameda and San Joaquin Counties at a day of intercession for these counties, as well as for the U.S., Brazil, Mexico England & Israel. We've cast salt from the Dead Sea into the Delta, which had a spiritual significance of the "Healing of the Water", described in 2 Kings 2:20-21. We've also poured water from that same source,  in Jericho, that was healed through the casting of salt by Elisha (2 Kings 2:19-22), as well as water from the Medicine Lake of Spokane, Washington, into the river. We've declared that the Delta river is now a healing river that will transport blessings into all the surrounding counties, all the way to the San Francisco Bay. Answer Machine & Voice Mail Evangelism:
"Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation..." Mark 16:15.

-- Do you have an answer machine at home?
-- Is your wireless telephone set up with a voice mail system?
-- How many people call you on a weekly basis and listen to the message you've recorded in your answer machine just because nobody is home to answer the phone?
-- How many telemarketers contact you on a monthly basis?
-- How many of your relatives and friends call you on a weekly basis?

Answer machines and voice mail are great tools for getting the Word of God out by the simply fact that people are always contacting people using  telephones.
